Hector Heathcote tries to help French scientist Professor Monguefe fly the very first hot air balloon across the US. As usual, Hector's bumbling only hampers Professor Monguefe's efforts. In the end, the Professor succeeds in flying across the USA in his hot air balloon without the aid of Hector Heathcote.
